J S Instruments Signal Generator Model JS-801 is a low cost unit built using state of the art techniques. The LCD display directly displays the output frequency with good calibration accuracy as also output waveform type. Sine, Square, Triangular and Pulse wave forms are available. The digital architecture of DDS eliminates frequency drift due to component ageing and temperature variation.
The impressive performance and low cost makes it ideally suited for service, educational, industrial and biomedical applications. The front panel controls are all pushbuttons and knobs and ergonomically arranged for ease of operation. The output signal can be conveniently limited to -20 dB, -40 dB or -60 dB by fixed attenuator. The instrument is compact, rugged and lightweight.
